Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Noblesville Tent and Event. By booking our services, using our website, or interacting with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Rental Agreement

By placing a booking with Noblesville Tent and Event, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking.
  • Be responsible for the rental equipment during the rental period.
  • Ensure all rental items are returned in the same condition they were delivered, aside from normal wear.

2. Payment Policy

  • A deposit is required to secure all rentals. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods through our secure payment portal.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
  • Cancellations due to weather: We understand that outdoor events depend on weather conditions. If cancellation is necessary due to extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule, but refunds may not be available.

4. Delivery & Pickup

  • We will deliver your rental items to the provided address on the scheduled drop-off date and time.
  • All rental items must be stacked and ready for pickup at the scheduled pickup time.
  • If items are not ready or additional time is required, additional fees may apply.

5. Equipment Responsibility & Damage Policy

  • The customer is responsible for all rental items during the rental period.
  • If rental items are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear, the customer agrees to pay the replacement or repair cost.
  • Tents must not be tied down, altered, or moved once set up by our team.

6. Weather & Safety

  • Noblesville Tent and Event is not responsible for damage caused by severe weather, including but not limited to strong winds, heavy rain, or storms.
  • Customers must monitor weather conditions and take necessary precautions, such as vacating tents in hazardous weather.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • Noblesville Tent and Event is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from rental equipment use.
  • The customer agrees to hold Noblesville Tent and Event harmless from any claims related to rental use.

8. Changes to Orders

  • Changes to orders (additions, removals, or modifications) must be made at least 5 days before the event.
  • Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hamilton County, Indiana.
